Colleagues

After much consideration, we have decided to close the reception desk in 107 Anderson during the lunch hour. That does not mean that the offices will be locked or that no one will be around; it simply means that any telephone calls to the main number will be directed to voice mail, and that there will not necessarily be anyone available to distribute keys or receive packages from 12:00 - 1:00.

This will take effect after the Labor Day break. Our intention is to continue to provide excellent customer service to the members of the College -- if there is ever any occasion when anyone anticpates a need for the reception area to be staffed during the noon hour, please do not hesitate to let me know. By the same token, if you are aware of any issues that could be impacted by this policy, please let us know.
