On October 15 we solicited equipment requests for available state funds during the current academic year.

All requests received have been reviewed by the Dean's Council and approximately $94,000 was allocated to specific purchases. Please work through the Faculty Chair or Dean's Office (as appropriate) to implement the decisions refelected on the two referenced spreadsheets. As this is the end of the biennium I urge all receipents of College state funds to finalize all purchases as early as possible. In some cases, purchases must be completed as early as March 2005 in order to ensure that the proper accounting is completed prior to the end of the biennium. Thank you.
