I wish to announce formation of a search committee for a tenured faculty member who will serve as Director of the Advanced Technology Initiative - Precision Forestry Cooperative in the College of Forest Resources. The successful applicant for this position is also expected to hold a joint appointment in either Earth and Space Sciences or Civil and Environmental Engineering. Forest Resources will be the home department for the Director.

Attached is a description of the position as well as the composition and charge to the search committee.
