MATSEN

All Matsen patients get these:

• CMP

• CBC

• Coag Screen

• Hep C panel

All Matsen patients should have UA and culture prior to preop.  If not then order:

• UA dipstick

• UA C+S

All arthroplasties will need one of the following:

• Type and Screen

• Type and Cross 2 units of blood if patient higher risk (ask team if you any concerns)

All revision joint replacements need:

• Sed Rate

• CRP

WARME

All Warme healthy appearing patients under 35 get:

• CBC

• Hep C panel

All joint replacement patients and anyone over 35 needs:

• CMP

• CBC

• Coag Screen

• Hep C panel
