Read from Web site before each lecture.
Print out pages and read before lecture.
Print out and bring to class to ask questions not covered to your satisfaction.
Do all your own objectives and use web site for objectives that you just can't find.

Convert page to Word document then add space below each question for notes in class.
Read off objectives into a recorder and listen to them during your commute and/or break.
Make study guides by converting each question into comparison/Quick reference charts.

Circle the answer(s) you like from each question (or cut out the ones you don't need) and focus on those.
Use the Web site to see where to find information/sources.
Don't use it, but have it there just in case.
Use print option to print four pages per page and make little tiny study books.
