2. Augustus voted tribune for life, with full powers (veto, right to propose legislation, right to summon the Senate and to request senatorial decrees)

3. Augustus given title of 'proconsul' for life

4. also given 'maius imperium', the right to give orders to other proconsul (provincial governors) and to enter their provinces at will
