This page contains software and related materials for various methods development projects that I have been involved in. The Spatial Software section contains R code for the Cumulative Geographic Residual Tests for different outcome types. There is also a lab that was created for a spatial statistics course covering the Cumulative Geographic Residual Method and Spatial Scan Statistic for binary outcomes. The post-marketing safety surveillance section contains both R and SAS code for implementing the GSEE and CSSP methods.
